Diane Probst LLC - Chamberology
Diane Probst, CCE, IOM is the creator and founder of Chamberology - a consulting company focused on the art of running a Chamber of Commerce.
- She’s a legend in the Chamber industry.
- She was President/CEO of the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce for more than 32 years, the third Chamber in Texas to receive a 5-star Accreditation and by far the smallest community. She held that 5-star level for more than 25 years.
- Probst received her BBA from Texas A&M, her IOM from the US Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management, and is a Certified Chamber Executive by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives.
- 2008 Chairman of the Board of the Texas Chamber of Commerce (TCCE)
- Recipient of the Marvin Hurley Award, TCCE’s highest award
- Twice received its “Distinguished Service Award” in 2004 and 2022.
- Author of two books: “Chamberology” and “When The Storm Comes: Lessons Learned”. She also serves on the faculty of the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.
- She's on a mission to empower Chambers and staff across Texas and the nation with Board Retreats, Strategic Planning Sessions, Chamber Foundations, Accreditation, Coaching, etc. to unlock their full potential.

Tony Moline has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce since November 2012. He has a professional background in the chamber industry, with a career spanning back to 2006.
In addition to his role at the Cedar Park Chamber, Moline is currently in his third term on the Board of the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executive's Association (TCCE), the oldest State Chamber organization in the United States. He is also serving his third term on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the State Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Moline has previously held the positions of CEO at the Coppell Chamber and Vice President at the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber.
Moline is an alumnus of Stephen F. Austin State University and received his Certified Chamber Executive Designation from the US Chamber of Commerce in 2021. He is also a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management at the University of Arizona, holding an IOM designation. Additionally, he completed the Community Development Council's Professional Community and Economic Developer program, earning his PCED designation.

Kyle Sheldon
Kyle joined CICE as Southern Regional Director in 2024. He spent the majority of his career working in the energy sector before jumping into the chamber of commerce and economic development world, most recently serving as President & CEO for Partnership Lake Houston.
Kyle has served on numerous boards across multiple industries all with the intent of trying to improve his community and make a difference for future generations. His move to join the CICE team made perfect sense merging his past experience with his desire to make an impact.
Kyle completed his undergraduate in Marketing and Economics at Hardin Simmons University before pursuing his MBA in energy at the University of Oklahoma. He is currently working on his IOM credentials with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and set to complete the program in 2025. He currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and 2 children.
