The TCCE Media Awards competition is a prestigious annual event that celebrates the outstanding achievements of local Chambers in various communication realms. We are excited to announce that excellence in these areas will be acknowledged at the upcoming TCCE Annual Conference, with awards presented across four distinct categories:

1. Social Media & Video Content Entry

2. Website Entry

3. Event Marketing Entry

4. Print & Electronic Publication Entry 

Your participation in this competition involves submitting entries that will be evaluated by esteemed judges within the local, state, and national Chamber network. Each submission will be carefully reviewed and scored, with particular attention to innovation, creativity and effectiveness.

Entry Deadline: May 1, 2026

Judges will evaluate your entry based on the following criteria:

1. Design or Appearance: Is the website's design well-conceived and developed to effectively convey the Chamber's message? (15%)
2. Objectives: Does the website clearly communicate the Chamber's objectives, with readily accessible contact information? (15%)
3. Use of Color & Ease-of-Use: Is there a cohesive color scheme that enhances user experience, providing visitors with comfort and ease of navigation? (15%)
4. Effective use of Photography: Are color palettes strategically chosen, and is photography used appropriately to enhance the website's visual appeal? (10%)
5. Cohesiveness: Is the website's content coherent and easily comprehensible? (5%)
6. Design Engagement: Does the website strike the right balance between being inviting and engaging without overwhelming visitors with clutter? (5%)
7. Timeliness: Is the website's content regularly updated with accurate information and free of spelling errors? (5%)
8. Growth Impact: Does the website contribute to fostering membership, business, or community growth? (5%)
9. Innovation: Are there any innovative features or functionalities that set the website apart? (10%)
10. Overall Impression: What is the overall impact and impression conveyed by the website? (15%)\

Please note the following guidelines for submission:

Your organization may submit up to one entry for each of the four categories listed above. To ensure fair assessment, entries will be grouped based on the revenue of the Chamber.

While you may submit entries for multiple categories, each item may only be entered once. The submission fee for each entry is $100. Each Chamber is limited to a maximum expenditure of $400 for submissions, with a maximum of four entries per Chamber.

Select the category or categories for which you wish to submit entries in the subsequent sections. Remember to complete all mandatory fields indicated with a red asterisk (*) before finalizing your submission. You'll have the option to upload files or provide links to your entries; however, both fields are not mandatory. The judging panel retains the prerogative to withhold an award within a category if none of the entries meet the criteria for award-winning excellence.
