Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and manage all Chamber operations and staff.
 - Develop and execute strategies for business growth and community engagement.
 - Serve as the Chamber’s spokesperson with government, media, members, and the community.
 - Organize and oversee Chamber events, programs, and networking opportunities.
 - Expand and nurture membership engagement and satisfaction.
 - Manage budget planning, fundraising, and grant opportunities.
 - Foster relationships with local officials, business owners, and agricultural stakeholders.
 - Oversee communications, including social media, newsletters, and public relations.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks.
 - Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms.
 - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
 - Self-motivated, collaborative, and community-minded.
 - No degree required; relevant experience highly valued.
