Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage all Chamber operations and staff.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and community engagement.
  • Serve as the Chamber’s spokesperson with government, media, members, and the community.
  • Organize and oversee Chamber events, programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Expand and nurture membership engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage budget planning, fundraising, and grant opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with local officials, business owners, and agricultural stakeholders.
  • Oversee communications, including social media, newsletters, and public relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and community-minded.
  • No degree required; relevant experience highly valued.
